Overview

Oil-free air compressor in a sound dampening enclosure provides regulated pressurized air supply. Requires 110AC/60Hz power supply.

NOTE In situations where an extension cord is required only use a grounded heavy-duty cord with the compressor.

WARNING Avoid blocking the fan. Insufficient air flow will damage the unit.

Set Up

Place Compressor on a level surface. Connect Air Supply Line • to Air Output jack. Plug in to a grounded 110AC/60HZ outlet.

Power On

Power on Compressor. Pull out on pressure regulator knob and turn all the way to the to right. Allow it to run for 1 minute or until gauge reaches 120 psi. The motor will automatically cycle on/off to maintain tank pressure.

Set Pressure

Turn knob until needle on gauge reaches desired pressure (70psi for adult hearts, 60psi for pediatric hearts). Push in to lock setting.

Maintenance

Prevent corrosion and ensure the long life of your Compressor by draining condensation from the air tank. If used infrequently we recommend draining it after each use and prior to storage or shipping. If used regularly drain the tank once a week.

  1. Turn off and unplug from outlet.
  2. Tip on side to access bottom and place a kitchen sponge or towel beneath the brass screw.
  3. Loosen brass screw from the drain. Allow air pressure to blow out all water condensation then refasten screw.
